Our sunglasses are built to last but if anything ever goes wrong with yours, we will do what it takes to make it right. Our Lifetime Warranty makes it simple for you to resolve any issues with damaged or unusable sunglasses, for whatever reasonable reason.
If your sunglasses are unusable due to breakage or they have fallen off a cliff while you were rock climbing or flew off your face while skydiving for any reason, send us some form of proof of purchase together with the sunglasses and your contact information (name, address, phone number and e-mail address) to the address below, and we will replace them free of charge. NO QUESTIONS ASKED, except one...We require that you send us a 30-60 second video of you explaining what happened. We want to know the adventures you are taking with JC STEELE and we want to share the story!
